Privacy and cookie policy
What data we collect on krowkaszczecinska.pl, why, and what your rights are.

2. What data we process and why
Contact form
When you write to us through the form, we process your full name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), the subject you choose and the content of your message. We do this in order to reply to you, on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Your message goes to a mailbox that depends on the subject: enquiries about krówki with your logo go to twoja@krowkaszczecinska.pl, and all others to info@gdmbrands.pl.
If you tick ‘Send me a copy of my message’, we will send an automatic confirmation with the content of your message to your email address.
Form security
To protect the form against spam and abuse, we keep a technical log of submissions (date, IP address and result – without the content of the message) and count submissions from each device using an encrypted hash of the IP address. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Website statistics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (run through Google Tag Manager) to see which pages are read and how to improve the website. Without your consent these tools do not run (Google Consent Mode v2). Legal basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Google Maps
On the Where to buy page, the Google map loads only after you click ‘Show map’. From that moment, Google may process your data (including your IP address) and set cookies under its own rules.
Links to other websites
The website links to our online shop (sklep.gdm-grupa.eu), Allegro, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and our site for krówki with your logo (twoja.krowkaszczecinska.pl). Once you go to them, their own privacy policies apply. YouTube videos are not embedded on our pages – they open in a new tab.
3. Recipients
Data may be shared with companies that help us run the website:
- dhosting.pl – website hosting and email,
- Google Ireland Limited – Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (with consent) and Google Maps (after you click).
4. Transfers outside the EEA
Using Google services may involve transferring data to the USA. This takes place on the basis of the European Commission decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep data
- Correspondence from the form – until the matter is closed, and then for the limitation period for any claims.
- Technical form log – up to 90 days (older entries are deleted automatically).
- Submission counter – up to 1 hour.
- Google Analytics statistics – for the period set in the tool.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland).
8. Changes to this policy
When we change how the website works, we will update this policy too. The current version is always on this page, with the effective date at the top.
